Workflow
After inserting a plate into the TRINITY V3 drawer, a color digital image on-screen is analyzed instantly with zone diameters displayed. The user reviews and confirms zone sizes. Threshold and sensitivity settings allow for precise, consistent reading of difficult plates. After all plates are read, calculations are displayed. Plate images may be saved and archived for future review.

Plate Layout
TRINITY V3 layout of samples on the plates and number of plates per set follow the USP 81 method. Testing can be incorporated into the laboratory routine without altering current manual methods, materials, organisms, and plate sample layout pattern. The user may adjust plate layout options.

Test Results
Test results can be printed, saved, and exported. The standard curve is plotted with the average of standard (known) concentrations. The plotted curve is shown to help visualize on-scale and off-scale test result values. A correlation coefficient, slope and intercept are also displayed. All calculated values are displayed on-screen. Unknown concentrations are calculated based on the standard regression formula derived from the standard curve.
