TRINITY V3 Zone Reader
ZONE READER FOR POTENCY ASSAYS:
JAPANESE PHARMACOPEIA (JP) METHOD

After inserting a plate into the TRINITY V3 drawer, a color digital image on-screen is analyzed instantly with zone diameters displayed. The user reviews and confirms, or can adjust any zone size. Few (if any) zone measurements need adjustment; most plates require only a quick visual check. Threshold/sensitivity settings allow for precise, consistent reading of difficult plates. After all plates are read, calculations are displayed. All plate images may be saved and archived for future review.

TRINITY V3 reads and calculates up to 15 plates, and includes potency calculation options for the JP Method.

TRINITY V3 eliminates all transcription and calculation errors, providing significant labor savings and standardization of testing. Regular software updates including new features are available via CD or website download. TRINITY V3 requires no routine maintenance; it contains no motors or moving parts, only solid state digital electronics.

An electronic caliper is also included with the TRINITY V3. This provides backup reading for the automated system and reading of large single plate assays. Learn more Learn more

TRINITY V3 includes Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification validation and complies with 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records. Learn more Learn more

A peni cylinder dispenser is recommended for accurate placement of cylinders. Learn more Learn more

Plate Layout
The layout of the samples on the plates and number of plates per set is outlined exactly in the published methods of the JP Method. Testing can be incorporated into the laboratory routine without altering current manual methods, materials, organisms, plate sample layout pattern, or government documentation.
