Counting Options

• Read any size plate up to 150 mm
• Read entire plate, half-plate, quadrants, or custom defined areas
• Differentiate colonies based on size
• Differentiate counted colonies based on color similarities
• Adjust contrast setting for difficult to read plates
• Adjust counted area to exclude plate rims and ridges
• Manually add or delete colonies (marked as a different color)
• Separate touching colonies into multiple counts
• Smallest detectable colony: 0.1 mm
• Smallest size discrimination: 0.15 mm
• Average multiple plate counts
