DigiCounter™ is the colony counting feature included with BIOMIC V3 and TRINITY V3 Microbiology Systems.
 Counting Options
- Read any size plate up to 150 mm
- Read entire plate, half-plate, quadrants, or custom defined areas
- Differentiate colonies based on size
- Differentiate counted colonies based on color similarities
- Adjust contrast setting for difficult to read plates
- Adjust counted area to exclude plate rims and ridges
- Manually add or delete colonies (marked as a different color)
- Separate touching colonies into multiple counts
- Smallest detectable colony: 0.1 mm
- Smallest size discrimination: 0.15 mm
- Average multiple plate counts
- Customize plate reading formats
- Customize printout formats
