"This the first time the laboratory has utilised automated zone reading equipment, we had a few internal operational issues to deal with prior to going live with our LIS and I could only commend the BIOMIC V3 team for their continued advice and support, over a protracted amount of time. We changed from BSAC to EUCAST guidelines in 2011 and are currently using two BIOMIC V3’s in two labs to record all QC and routinely for the reading of MRSA sensitivities; this has saved time and added consistency to our processes.
